| Dr. Omran: "EGX Human power is Its Real Capital... Honoring the Employees is the most upraising enhancement of the Institution’s Values" Chairman of EGX, Dr. Mohammed Omran honored a number of distinguished employees of EGX during the honoring ceremony which was hosted by the Institution for the third consecutive year. This comes in recognition of the great efforts made by the employees over the past year. During his speech to EGX employees, Dr. Omran declared that EGX's human power is the real capital of the institution and one of the most important competitive advantages that it has. He stressed on the fact that the financial and moral appreciation help to improve the productivity of employees in the long term. He also added that EGX's management honors the employees whom are mostly keen to uphold the institution's values. Actually EGX aims by that to encourage honored employees to continue working with the same effort and to give a role model for others. On the other hand side, the Board of Directors of EGX, headed by Dr. Omran, has made radical changes to the human resources regulations, in order to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness in the business structure, through enhancing equity among employees, especially in the organizational structure and financial issues. |
